At The English Tea Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your blend; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed tea items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.
